Please obtain 2024-45 USA Hockey number before starting NJC registration.  2024-25 USAH # is required to verify and complete registration: https://membership.usahockey.com/ (Full name, birthdate and home address in LeagueApps must match this registration exactly).

Your team invitation expires at 11:59 PM tonight. If you do not accept by this time, your roster position may be offered to another player. If you do not wish to accept the invitation, please select decline in your LeagueApps dashboard (https://njcolonials.leagueapps.com)

TUITION & PAYMENT TERMS
18U AAA 06/07 Tuition = $8,600 Skater ($6,880 Goalie)

24-25 18U AAA 06/07 : NJ Colonials (leagueapps.com)

Payment Plan = ACH (1.5% + .30 cents) or Credit Card (3.75% + .30 cents)

• 50% ($4,300) due at tryouts
• 15% ($1,290) due June 1, 2024
• 15% ($1,290) due July 1, 2024
• 10% ($860) due August 1, 2024
• 10% ($860) due September 1, 2024

Pay In Full = ACH (1.5% + .30 cents) or Credit Card (3.75% +.30 cents)

• If you select the Pay In Full by Check option, checks must be submitted in-person at signing to a New Jersey Colonials representative.
• The New Jersey Colonials WILL NOT accept any checks via mail.
• NJC requires bank or credit card information entered as a secondary payment method.
• If you register on a smartphone, be sure to scroll to the bottom of the page to select SAVE PAYMENT FOR LATER button. Do not hit PAY NOW or the bank/card payment will process.
• The secondary payment method will only process if check payment is not received by April 16, 2024. 

USSCI SPORTS FEE INSURANCE

The New Jersey Colonials have a no-refund policy on season tuition. Every year players are forced to withdrawal from the sport they love because they can no longer participate.  Parents then want refunds when their child can't play.  With Sports Fee Insurance, USSCI handles the refunds so clubs can focus on the game and parents can feel secure.  Decide between the MVP or Elite plan to best fit your family's needs.  Coverage can be purchased at any time, however, waiting periods apply if not purchased during open registration.  In the event of a paid claim, USSCI will pay the Club directly if there is a balance owed or refund the parent directly if they paid in full.  Short-term injuries of 30 days or more may also be covered in some policies.  The New Jersey Colonials do not operate this insurance.

UNIFORM INFORMATION

We have a slightly new uniform style for 2024-25, a new neckline and jersey fabric.  Uniforms are included in your tuition. The uniform package includes 2 game jerseys (home/away), 2 game tech socks (home/away), pants shell, NJC helmet stickers. Enter 3 numbers in order of preference when registering for the team. Number assignments go out before the fittings.  Number priority is based on returning player to team and then years with NJC.  In-person fittings for 18U's are scheduled at the BSN Sports Showroom on Friday, April 19, 2024 from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM.  A QR code will be available at the warehouse and an order link distributed via e-mail starting April 18, 2024

MENNEN XHOCKEY PRO SHOP EQUIPMENT OFFER: ORDER DEADLINE = APRIL 28, 2024

NJC requires white helmets for games.  For a limited time, Colonials players can save 20% off MSRP on select Bauer and CCM helmets, as well as order custom logo Bauer and Warrior. Neck guards are required for the 2024-25 season and inventory shortages are expected.  Pre-order today to get yours by the time the season starts.  Orders may be placed online or in person at the xHockeyProducts Pro Shop at Mennen Sports Arena. Order deadline is Sunday, April 28, 2024 at 11:59 PM. Expected pickup date is mid-August 2024. It is recommended that players are sized in store at the xHockeyProducts Pro Shop at Mennen Sports Arena prior to ordering as all sales for this team helmet and glove offering are final.
