Passion To Play is a fun yet important event for all players ages 12 - 14.  The goal is to promote safety and injury prevention throughout the season.

We will have guests speakers on such topics as concussion, CORE strength and benefits of dynamic warm-up.  Players can participate in off-ice training stations in Rink 1 and on-ice training in Rink 3.
